These Challenges are a 3 to 6 week commitment for all levels of fitness, whether you are looking to make a change; rethink you current workout; need optimal results for a wedding; post pregnancy; reunion; build your physical fitness base; or simply want to “Step it up.”

Urban Jungle 3 Week Calorie Busters and Base Builders are designed to be a 3 week concentration on either strength building or cardiovascular.  These 3 weeks will BURN so good!

Inspired by the Streets of NY and everyday city life these challenges are designed as a team environment to help you get motivated!  You will go through the challenge together, experiencing a level of camaraderie enabling each other to reach your goals!  The results.... a strong workout designed to challenge your body for optimal fitness!  Just when your body starts getting used to being fit, we change it up and challenge you more, preventing the common plateau.  In six weeks, you will experience a transformation in your overall health and body appearance.
